Not really a knife at all, just a very handy tool for opening various types of combination padlock.
As well as a whole host of other uses you will discover with time, the Paterson Mini Knife is a tool for decoding and opening wheeled combination locks. The tool is slid between the wheels and different responses and resistances provide the user with information regarding gates and wheels - the stuff that opens the lock!
