Ford Tibbe Lock Pick and Decoder - how it works.

The Ford Tibbe Lock has been in use for nearly 20 years and as well as being the locks on Ford vehicles can also be found on many Jaguars. The lock itself is quite interesting as it depends on aligning 6 rotary discs so the side-bar is free to fall into the open position, allowing the lock to turn and unlock the door.
