Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders the same day if your order + payment was completed before 4pm (BST).

Free shipping is available for all UK orders over £30, and shipping upgrades are available for faster, couriered services. Shipping is £3.95 if your order is below £30.

The standard UK delivery times by Royal Mail are approximately 3 - 5 working days from when you made your order. The free shipping option does not have online tracking. You can upgrade this to a tracked, urgent delivery that will arriving within 1 - 2 days of placing your order. 

European orders will normally take 5 - 10 working days to arrive depending on destination. 

USA orders will normally take 5 - 15 working days to arrive. 

For all other orders, we normally recommend you wait 10 - 20 working days in a worst-case before chasing up with the carrier.
